Liz Harrington is a photographic artist (UK, b.1973) working with analogue photography, alternative processes and camera-less techniques. Her process led work is experimental and archival in nature, with a current interest in developing more sustainable working methods. Focused on the landscape, environment and history of place she draws on her geographical background, often collaborating with nature and working directly in the field. Core themes of transience, fragility and traces of the past run through the work, finding beauty in the unseen or overlooked.
